The track pad doesn't have this problem, perfectly quiet.(of course the mouse makes it's "click" noise, just not any bad grindy disk noises) Mouse scroll wheel only makes noise when actively scrolling a page.The only moving parts are the fans, and I'm almost 100% sure it's not them (they sound smooth and healthy). The problem is that my laptop doesn't have a cd drive or even a HDD. This mostly happens whenever moving any external mouse, or using it's scroll wheel. My laptop creates a sounds kind of like a bad cd drive.
